Kost Tire Sells low grade, unsafe tires Vestal, New York

I buy (bought) a lot of tires at Kost.  Last year alone I spent over $1500 on tires using a credit card in addition to paying cash for many tires.  At the beginning of winter I put new tires on the front of a Chevy Impala.  I always say I want good allseason radials on my cars.  Kost put Runway Enduro tires on this car.  These tires were a hazard on the road - an accident asking to happen.  The car could not go on our NY winter roads.  My daughter was driving the car and I was following her and she could only go about 15 mph and was all over the road.  I called Rich at Vestal store and was told he would never have put that tire on a car for me. He would get back to me about other tires. The next day he called back and told me he would trade me Kelly Explorer tires to replace the Runway Enduro, but I would have to pay an additional $77.50 per tire.  I called another tire shop that I knew sold Kelly Explorers and they would sell me the same tire for $72.50.  I already paid about $150 for the pair of no good tires and Kost wanted and additional $155.00.  I called Rich and asked him what kind of fool he thought I was.  He told me I should buy my tires from the other tire shop. I contacted Don Getter and thought I was getting somewhere when he called me right back.  I told him my complaint and that was the end of Don Getter.  I told my family never to use Kost again and with having 14 personal and business cars I feel that is a good bit of business they are losing.
