Kragen Auto Parts ripoff San Diego California

This Kragen outlet offers continuously sub-par service. On many occassions I have had to special order an automobile part through the Convoy Kragens, only to have the wrong part delivered. When I need to purchase a part that Kragens would conceivably have in stock, the clerk would produce the wrong part, or say that they didn't stock it, when perhaps they did. The clerks are always rude and slow in their job functions. The severity of this is, if a customer is sold the wrong part for his or her car, and actually installs the part, then the customer's vehicle could be damaged by the clerk's lax service. A mistake once in a while is unavoidable and to be expected, but the Kragens on Convoy is always wrong.
