 Kwik kar on Frankford is a total scam, I took my chevy cobalt in Sat. because my AC was out, asked the technician if he could fix it, he looked in and quoted me 450.00 but said he can get it done that day, the only reason I agreed to pay that much. So I called him befored they closed at 7:00 p.m and he claimed that he needed more tolime bit worked Sunday. I agreed that he could keep it over night, contigent on him fixing it Sunday, he agreed. So Sunday I stopped by after service and asked about the progress on my vehicle. This guy said he bought a bad part and had to go back to the store so it would be tomorrow before I can have my car. So I askedasked him am I still being quoted the same price which was robbery, he said that he woukd knock off some for the labor, so Monday I call at noon, asked him about the progress with my car. He said he changed out the resistor and should have the part installed at 2:00 p.m. , I agreed, came by at 2:00 p.m. and the owner stepped out and said wrll I can't get to it till tomorrow, I said you had my car for three days dude, to take out the blower and the resistor, and you want an extra day, this should rake a day, two tops! He said they were busy, they literally had one person in the waiting room, I had to be in Irving by 5:30 p.m. so I had to take the car, this guy charged me 450.00 and didn't even do the work, I got in my car, AC still not working, wires sticking out visibly and the blower on the floor, like WTF? So I gotta go back this morning to hv them finish the job, which is ridiculous! Don't ever go to this place again! Get these people out of business. I am going to sit in they shop until my car is fixed and anyone who shows up plan on doing business with to stay away
