kyb outlet/Just Suspension / KYB Outlet sent my package of 4 shocks postage due 42 dollars Internet

 Did not respond to emails, I eventually wound up at USPS and had them do a search as to why it was not shipping from the terminal and they said that it was not paid for and the lable was not correct for the package however once in the system it cannot move until someone pays the postage. The postmaster contacted them on the day it was to be delivered and they refused to pay so it went back to the terminal shelf. After it was a week late and I contacted KYBOUchLET several times  no response. On the nineth day I finally got through to USPS and they explained the situation so I emailed KYBOUchLET again and they did not respond so I just paid the bill to get my shocks repairs done. I let it go and then one day weeks later they emailed me and said  "just refuse the package and we will re ship"  

The core of the problem is that KYB knew of the money problem with the postage because they printed thier own label from internet service.  They used a drop off location and put it in the system. They were called by USPS and notified of the postage due and refused to pay. These are choices not mistakes. They lied in writing several times though email. And at the end of the day they even tried to get the merchandice back by instructing me to refused my paid order then they would take care of it. At least I got smart at the end I have my stuff but at an additional 25 percent.  If I had not done that they would have the money and the shocks.  They disgrace the internet and all the other fine businesses on it.  They should be shut down dragged out into the street.
