The way this company conducts their business is horrible!!!

You see, I joined this gym with a friend while they were running a join with a friend promotion. I paid the initiation fee as well as the first and last months fee. My friend paid the first and last month's fee as well. The sales rep named Matt, specifically stated that my friend and I would be able to split our accounts whenever we wanted to, meaning she could request her portion of the bill be taken directly out of her account instead of paying through me.

Well, by the time it was time for the first payment to be deducted I called a representative, notified the gym in person as well as specify via website that I was changing the credit card on file. All three modes we successfully accepted or so I thought! Come to find out it was not and as a result I was hit with overdraft fees because they disregarded my request and charged the payment to the wrong card. I then notified them again via call, in person as well as website of the new card number and again the next payment was charged to the wrong card!!

And to top it all off I was hit again with another $70 overdraft bank fees!! For the second time I might add. This went on from March to June and in total, they have caused me almost $200 in bank fees that they refuse to do anything about! They insist on feeling that their policy is what it is and that they have done nothing wrong. They claim to care about the customer but in reality all they care about it the almighty dollar!!

Stay away and if you don't beware that it can happen to you!
