L.a. Fitness Ballys I have tried canceling for 5 years Long beach California

 I got I'll and tried to cancel my membership 5 years ago. Now, they are calling me on Christmas Day and New Years day leaving a message of gibberish about a card. Worried about my bank card, they told me my bank card didn't work and I owe them 15.00 and 5.00 for not paying on time. I explained that I haven't gone in 5 years and that it was good because they can't bill me for something I can't get out of. Today, Jan. 1, I received two calls! I went over my story to the same ditzy person and asked: isn't it a holiday today?? Silence...um, yes, happy new year! I told her I would take care of it and she proceeded to harass me, telling me to pay now. When I spoke, she interrupted me several times. Needless to say, I wished her a good day and hung up. Ten minutes later I got a call from a different number. Didn't answer and got the same garbled message. I blocked both numbers and have NO intention paying for the biggest ripoff of all time . Please, do not join this gym unless you want to pay forever!
