L.A. FITNESS terminated my membership because i reported to health dept hot pool, employess harassed me because of my reports, many other issues vista, California

about June 2009 I told the staff the hot pool was to hot about 107f. They said this was their policy. I told them that 100-104f was health code. They ignored me. Month later or so I filed reports with San Diego Health Dept and gained the contact of the head of the environmentel section of the health dept.  She informed LAFitness and only about Feb 2010 did the temp fall into legal range on a daily basis. This was a 7 month process of reporting back to the health dept sometimes on a daily basis. LAFitness denied that they were in violation at anytime ever. Even though the hot pool was closed by the health dept several times. Even though LAFitness has made changes they still say the Health dept is wrong and that the health dept thermometers are wrong.  Employees started harassing me because they blamed me for all the health department issues. I filed a seven page incident report with the daily manager Alicia. I asked her to have a regional manager call me.  I only called about the hot pool. They started making rules just for me like no water in the steam room. I think it was On Monday March 15 2010 the hot pool was not hot and the thermometer said 99F. One of the corporate guys was walking thru the locker room and I mentioned it to him.  He said 'I will check it out whatever we can do to help'.  Tuesday and Wednesday the hot pool was good.  Thursday the 18th of March 2010 I got a call from the same corporate guy I saw in the locker room he said you called a while ago to have me call you. I told him about the harassment and he said he hadn't even read the report he was calling about. He changed topics and said my membership would be terminated because of all  the calls to the health dept combined with the new info I told him the hot pool seemed under 100f and the thermometer said it was 99f. He said I was trying to get the hot pool closed by manipulating the temp.
