Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
November 2002 canceled membership. Received cancellation notice, but company continued to withdraw membership fee. I am currently seeking legal advice to remedy illegal, and fraudulent billing practices.
Although I didn't catch this error in the beggining I do not feel responsible for their unfair, and unbusiness-like conduct. Instead I feel violated and just down right ripped off.
I am writting this to warn others, that this could possilbly be happening to you. Be sure to relate L.A. Fitness to these words. Bad business, illegal, unbusiness like, fraudulent company, snake in the grass, and dirty rip-off. I think that sums it up!

May 4,2004 still have made no progress with company about fraudulent billing. Totally denied any knowlege of how or why billing was taken from my account without our permission. None of their employees seem to have any kind of training of how to address issues and or have any type of public relation skills. Rude and hurried up additudes is the kind of response I get.
I am having to hire professional help with this matter. I really want to stress the importance to other people of how serious it is to not allow any company access to your account. I have learned a valuable lesson and if anything can take this experience as knowledge on how not to do business in the future.
Hope people realize before they dive in. I am also getting the word out to friends and family on how L.A. Fitness conducts business. Everyone needs to know!!!!!!
