L.A Marketing Firm MAD Ex-Employee Burbank California

In This so-called company when i was hired on 06/2008 i thought that i could make it in a little bit of time. They told me that it was relaxing job that the pay was good and that i would have alot of fun doing this job. MY first interview was so fast and ended abruptly. The guy who interviewed me was called Pete or Peter. The second day we met they put me with this girl and she said i had to memorize a whole bunch of stuff. I kept asking her how much do we get paid and she would go off the subject. So i got hired and they made a big drama telling me that i had to be real honest to the manager called Sean, and i had to put all my effort in convincing to hire me. That first week i got signed up 15 people and i thought i will be getting a 800 check since my wife was having our first baby i thought wow the money just came in time. Bull $@&% i did not get anything. 4 weeks pass my and i dont get a check. I put pressure on my trainer and i finally get my check and its 150 they explained the payment and still it does not explain with my check came so low. I think to myself maybe i should work harder and i did, next paycheck it came to 213 and the 200 was the bonus i got just for the 1 or 2 weeks they train you. I got so mad i did not want to go work anymore and just to go to Burbank i have to make a 2 1/2 our trip to burbank. I told Pete the assistant manager that whats going on with my check and he gave me a crappy excuse. Pete and the manager named Sean said that they had tons of money and they just lived across the street and were living in a apartment with 6 other guys.I thought " if there so rich than wy cant they get there own crap. Almost everyone there was freaking poor and i was becoming one of them. I freaking got heat stroke, sunburn and wore out my shoe and lost weight. There a big a*s scam so many people looking for jobs in this harm times and they rip them off. I did quit on 03/2009 i was getting headaches and sunburn alot. and in the end i only got 586 for the whole time i worked there.
