L.A Marketing Firm It's Really A Door to Door position Burbank California

I applayed for a position with a company called L.A. Marketing Firm. The job was for marketing sales. My roommate suggested I research them before my interview which was made in an 24 hr period. I googed them and found nothing about the company, only their online ads and and a lot of negitive feeback from other applicantes.
I then called and to spoke to Katie and asked her if this is indeed a door to door position. She insited it's a face to face marketing one. The she said i would be working door to door first. I asked what I would be seeling and she told me ATT.
Now everyone knows you can go online and call them and buy ATT services.
I'm very dissapointed, but better to know now then come to work and find an empty office.
Their ads mention nothing about door to door and I worked for marketing companies and they don't operate this way. I think this is one big scam. Anyone who applies for this company beware.
