Lakewood Land Company Stacey Orman Deceitful, breach of Contract, non return of earnest money, bait and switch, dishonest, right of recission Knoxville , Tennessee

Lake wood land company has refused to honor their contract and has threatened me if I do not purchase the land that I am not able to attain financing for. It clearly states in the contract that if you cannot attain financing you have the option to terminate the contract. This company should be investigated for "Bait and Switch" sales tactics. They are extremely pushy and wi L not return you to the "meeting spot" mi Es down the road until you agree to put a contract down.This is a very dishonest company and I have had to hire an Attorney in order to get my down pay,net back that by Federal Law I am entitled to. They never returned emails or phone calls and are extremely deceitful in their advertisements. The prices are NEVER what they have been advertised to be. Maybe one lot would be the low price then all others are 4 times higher or more. The essential Bait and Switch. The BBB has a F- rating on them and there is no surprise why.
