Saw the prices of their dresses and thought that’s not too bad-so I went to order and saw that they offer custom sizing! Sweet! So I put in my custom order-an extra twenty bucks- no problem. Paid for dress via PayPal so if there were any problems they would take care of it. Got an email from LaLaMira saying they couldn’t make my size. I went back and forth because my size request was within the size menu they had. So because time was of the essence, I told them to send a larger size and I would have it altered. Just ship it as soon as you can. Well, happy it arrived in time, but it was the wrong color and it had a six foot train. I ordered a wedding dress apparently.
Advised the company of the error and was told they would not take it back and to sell it to someone here. I was not offered an apology, an exchange for the correct color (which is what I wanted) or a refund. [continued below]....
