I purchased two products from this company- Expireds(daily) and Old Expireds(Minimum of 50 from a specific zip code and giving date). Long story short, The majority of the numbers provided for both categories did not work. Either they were disconnected or wrong numbers all together. Daily Expireds - Numbers were consistently wrong or disconnected. Old Expireds - Not one of the 35 leads they gave me had numbers attached to them that worked. two of the had already sold the property ( They are supposed to filter those leads from the system and not include them) most were disconnected numbers and wrong number contacts. They have supplied me with false information with a lack of regard for quality. When it came down to asking for a refund for the falsified information I was giving i was told to take a hike and was threatened to be hung up on and later hung up on for continuing to ask for a refund for a product that did not work. The Lead Sales Director by the name of EZRA ANDREWS was a very rude individual with a lack of empathy for my situation. He continued to state that he"CAN'T DO A REFUND" When in fact the correct phrasing is we "WOULD NOT" (Everyone is able to refund)! They do not care about the client. I was hung up on three times by EZRA ANDREWS and spoken to in a condescending manner. My problems we not resolved. They said they would rerun the data but I already do not trust the company or their ability to furnish the correct usable information paid for. If i have no faith in a companies ability to conduct truthful reliable business, why am i to pay them for their product. Do not go with this company. They are liers and crooked thieves. EZRA ANDREWS would not give me a contact to his superior and was very difficult to work with
