Landvoice RIP OFF Salt Lake City Utah

I paid an annual fee of $2,000 for a few services Landvoice sells. Some of the products I purchased were inoperable. Their main expired service was down many times a month. I called my acct. manager Benjamin Taylor many times as well as mananger Shawn Crosby. Both offered extended months of program use which is irreleavent as the programs arent working most of the time. Dialer turns off, expireds sometomes come in, other times their servers are down. Their FSBO program ran by the Metoyer bros always have a response time of a week. Landvoice employess have told me many times "it's because of the snow where they are located, things don't get done"!!!!!!!!! That makes no sense. I've had Benjamn Taylor AND Jason request billing to refund my monies which they both said they did with nothing happening. They are a crooked company full of excuses.
