They stated they offer a service for pulling expired leads. However, I have to pull the leads my self. They sold me one thing and delivered nothing.
I signed on with Landvoice in Hawaii because they promised to have an automated way of pulling Expired Leads. Once I signed on I found out that they don't pull the leads from the system that every day I have to go and Export the leads out of my MLS and Import them into their system. This is unique to Hawaii I was told as they don't have enough clients to have written the code to pull the leads in. Thus, I am paying for nothing and I have to pull the leads in my self. It takes a lot of extra time. What am I paying for? I requested a refund due to the false promises and they denied me. Very unethical company. I would not use them. They lie in their advertising/marketing and don't deliver what they promise and then they won't refund when they don't deliver. I think this is an absolutely terrible company. I used them in Chicago and they pulled the leads automatically, too bad they have turned in to such a terrible company. If they can't do the service in Hawaii they should not offer it there. It was complete bait and switch.

It is a shame that they do false advertising. No where in their advertisement does it say that the end user must do the download of the data themselves. So yes it is false advertising. I logged on multiple times to see if the data was there and when it wasn't that is when I contacted landvoice. Redex actually pulls the data from the MLS and imports it into their database, so for them to say they offer more is another dishonest comment. I have already switched to REDEX since it actually does what landvoice promised. I guess this company is buyer beware. Watch out for this company as they do not fufill promises and then try and twist things to fit their needs. I would go with multiple different providers that do as they promise. I would give this company a D for customer service and be very careful. I am not the first to have problems with this company as another person in my office said they had a similar situation. Lucky for them they only signed on for 1 month and then cancelled. I got burned for 3. What a wrip off.
