Laptop Rescue Failed to deliver merchanized I ordered and they billed to my credit card Internet

I ordered a replacement power cord for a computer laptop from Laptop Rescue's website in mid-April. Merchandise was supposed to be delivered within a week.

The end of the month has come -- and no laptop power cord delivered.

I tried to contact the company. Selected the proper option to speak with a service representative but was placed on indefinite hold. Finally a prompt instructed me to leave a voice message. I left a message with full details including order number and return phone number.

I went through this process three times without a reply. No return call.

Finally, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and am awaiting results of that disputation.

I am 99.9 percent convinced that Laptop Rescue is a scam.
