We had been wanting to buy an Audi so we went to Larry H. Miller Used Car Supermarket. Considering it is a large company and very well known, we figured that they have a good reputation and must be a great company to buy from.

We wanted an Audi A4 AWD, so test drove an A4 2005 was TOLD buy Justin numerous times that this car was a Quattro (AWD). Well, we liked the car, ended up buying it for $24,000 and took it home. Well, a couple of weeks after having the car we got hit a that big winter storm in January. We took the Audi out during the storm thinking we would have no problem. Well, we ended up getting stuck and when we tried to get out of the snow we realized that only the front tires were moving and NOT all four ase they should have if it had a Quattro.

Thinking it was an honest mistake we went back to Larry H Miller Used Car Supermarket and stated our concern. They said no problem you WERE missed informed by Justin (basically lied to) and we are gonna fix this. So they brought us an Audi A4 QUATTRO 2004, we test drove it and liked it. So we then talked to Efrin and he told us more than 3 times that we could just exchange the 2005 and get the 2004 for the same price. We wouldn't be out any money, didn't owe anymore money, basically we were exchanging the car.

We were NEVER told that they don't just exchange cars! So we are happy with this, take the new 2004 car home and are good with the situation. About 2 weeks after we got the 2004 car, we got a statement in the mail stating our $28,000 loan was funded blah, blah, blah.

To our knowledge, we never applied for a $28,000 loan. Went back down to the dealer to try and figure this all out. Talked to Justin about it and he had us talk to Wes, a manager. Wes began to point out that when we brought the 2005 Audi back, they traded it in for only $19,000 so we still owed $5,000 on it. WE WERE NEVER TOLD THAT!!! Efrin straight up lied to us about not being out any money and that we infact were NOT trading the cars for the same price.

If we would have know that we would have kept the 2005 car. Efrin and Justin both knew both times that they were lying to us and scammed us. Now, let me also take blame for not understanding the contract, because I was under so much pressure to just sign, sign, sign. I tried to ask questions and read it over, but they just kept telling me to sign, and then ripped the contract out of my hands.

We ended up talking to TRAVIS, another manager, he said that he doesn't trust anyone he works with in his company and then began to insult us for not doing our research. I told him that we don't really know the car business and I expected his company to explain things to me (which they didn't) about what I was signing and so on. He then called me proceded to say that that is why the contracts are in numbers, so that people can understand them. I am a math major so don't tell me I don't UNDERSTAND numbers, he insulted me and my husband.

They then told us to leave because they had nothing else to say and that they couldn't do anything for us. So know we are stuck paying $28,000 for a car only worth $18,000. EFRIN, JUSTIN and TRAVIS insulted us, intinially lied to us and are scam artist's.

I am around the public all day at my job, a college student, a runner and know many people. LHM can spend all the money they want with tv advertisements, but everyone knows that word of mouth is the best advertisment. Please do not buy or support any Larry H. Miller company, they are untrustworthy, unethical, and a company no one should support.
