Well they lied to me when I bought my vehicle big time about service offed and other thing the salemen are lairs dont buy a car there unless you like being made a fool of and no help after they get that signiture on the paper what a - holes .When I had   my wife  bring my car in to get the 5000 mile oil change , she waited around about 2 hours which was ok ,they said they had changed  the oils ect gave us a bill for the oil change of around $81.85 which was ok .Heres the problem  I am a retired 40 year certified automotive mechanic and I am still certified and I was a dealership Technicain . At the 10000 mile mark I decide I will change my own oil because larry miller cheated my wife out of that oil change that was to be free at that  time I bought the car .So I put the car up on a hoist opened the plastic covers on the bottom of the car ,I could tell by looking at the oil pan bolt and the plastic filer housing they had never been touched or taken off  ,at that time I told my wife the service department never did the oil change they charged her for.Any way I tryed to remove oil filter housing but it was way to tight for me and I did not want to break it you could tell it had never been loosen up ever.So I took the car to a small repair facililite and asked them to change my oil and I  never told them what I was thinking ,any ways the mechanic puts the car on the hoist And works on it for a few minutes I here him swear ,I ask whats wrong he says filter real tight he having trouble getting it off .When they finally get the oil change done .I go out and asked the mechanic why was he having so much trouble ,He said because it was a new car and the oil and filter had never been changed before I told him the Toyota dealer changed the oil at 5000 miles he laughed and said no way everything down ther was to pristeen and he has done alot of first time oil changes . There is alot more larry miller Toyota has done . They are dishonest people they are charging people for work they do not do .They are Lairs -Theives if your smart dont buy a car from these crooks.It is a shame when million aires have to steel from people .They are losy people ,Low Class all the way .If toyota wants to talk to me or check my creditles I will be gald to chat with them ! My Motor Vehicles Mechanics Certificate # M141570 These people give Mechanics a bad name Do not go there to get your car worked on the State Of Arizona needs to shut people like this down .
