Lavish Skin Care False advertising. Misleading ads. San Diego California

I responded to anadvertisement for trying a cream to remove wrinkles from in and around the eyes. The advertisement said the trial cost would be $4.95 for shipping. Instead they charged me the $89.73. The did not clearly state that when the trial period ended I would be charged for the product. In fact I don't remember that the price of the cream was ever clearly mentioned in the ad. The Company is also affiliated with another beauty care company GHP Dermabrite which also charged me $88.28 for a product they said would only cost $3.95 for shipping. The Company contacts are difficult to impossible to get a hold of. I noticed on the internet that this scam has hit numerous other people as well.
