Customer service is terrible.  "Company policy" severely limits their representatives ability to offer refunds.  When queried about why no verification block on terms and conditions, the customer is steered to a different website with a different format for the same product, this one with a verification block present. 

This company and its product seems to live on the ragged edge of ethical internet operations.  Customers should stay as far away from this company as possible.  You will have your money taken with few alternatives provided.
