Being a former employee of this place I am in awe so far that Herbert Davis and his partner in crime Richard Murkey are not locked up in a federal prison for ripping off hundreds of innocent people. The f**king FBI are fully aware of what they are doing and these f**kers refuse to do f**k all!! This company is not settling any debts and putting customers in a much worse position. I have been pressing the ftc and fbi to do something for years about this scam and they refuse to take action. Richard murkey and herb davis both confessed to me in a private office meeting that the mechanics of their debt settlement does not work!!!Yes these 2 scumbags knew that they are not helping people in any way and yet still continue to rip people off!! The good news is that Herbert Davis is now dis barred for what he did, however he still made millions in doing so, you think an 80 year old attorney is gonna care if he is disbarred for all the money he stole? My advice to everybody who got ripped off by these scumbags is to call the los angeles district attorneys office and file a criminal complaint, if enough people come forward and do so then these thieves will finally get what they deserve. If murkey and davis doubt any thing I have said on here is untrue then lets get a lie detector and see who is telling the truth here. Look up richard murkeys criminal history, this is the man who is in charge of your refunds.
