LeanSpa do nto give them access to your bank account information Orange Internet

On 3/18/11, I went on line to order their free trials (HAVE dated CONFIRMATIONS of all of this) and never received their products (waiting patiently for them by mail/pre-paid postage 1.95 X 2). They went into my bank account on 3/26/11 and noticed two charges each by leanspa for $79.99 each. Called Leanspa to remove the unauthorized charges immediately and informed them that I did not even receive the free trial offers yet. They apologized for their error and they said they would reverse the charges within 5 days and then they mailed the orders to me on 3/28/11 anyway. I received those orders and mailed them back the same day and sent them an email complaining about additional postage to return them. To date 4/4/11 , they have not credited the charges back to my bank account. Within 8 days of my signing up for the free trial, they were into my bank account unauthorized even based on their own rules. I never did get the free trials. I am currently on terminal hold to inquire as to why they have not credited my bank account for the charges yet. My next step is to utilize every internet avenue I have to let people know about this such as twitter, facebook, all diet and weight loss websties at my disposal.
