LeanSpa Free sample - Ha! Actually piracy on the internet!! Internet

As I was whipping through the internet, apparently I clicked yes to receive a free sample, which wasn't free ($1.95 in shipping). I tried to exit out, but finally just decided "what the heck", and filled in the debit info to receive the free sample.

Well, guess what? No sample comes, free or otherwise! What does come is a full order, with the cost for the full order deducted already. I followed the directions on the website for returns, obtaining an RMA number, mailing to the correct address, and just to be safe, I asked for delivery confirmation. Sure enough, I have delivery confirmation, as well as the name of the person who signed for the return.

Two weeks goes by, and no refund, so I go back to the website and follow their instructions on how to open a ticket and file a complaint. Two weeks goes by, no answer and no refund, so I reopen the ticket (per their instructions), and request contact again.

And, you guessed it! No answer, no refund, no nothing. I could not be more pissed, and would LOVE (in capital letters!) to see this on one of the scambuster segments of the news.
