Leanspa supervisors and phone personell, Internet

I so wished I would have taken the time to read about this company I like so many others have been ripped off and still waiting for refund.  I ordered the free trail and before i actually got it my card was charged two days ahead of time i called and asked the rep why:::: his responce was for they do it for their protection why is this company still allowed to operate they are wicked and full of lies. 

I call everyday about my refund always the same should be no later than tomorrow this is 10 days and still waiting.   My conversation today  I was told oh we had a problem  with our system it may be next week.  I complained to the BBB but i really think these people need to be arrested they are taking your money ahead of time and they are not authorized to that.  I did file a complaint with my card company and hope they get enough complain that it will stop them from allowing leanspa to use their services
