I signed up for a reduced shipping trial for two of their products ($1.95), and recieved only one.  Five days later was charged $79.95 twice for an autoship that I tried to cancel on the internet. I recvieved one bottle again.   I called the companies 1-800 number to obtain a refund and they said the product must be returned, even though I didn't order the next group of $79.95 dollar bottles. I returned the only 2 bottles I recieved (but was techincally charged for 4) waited a generous amount of time(3 weeks) and called today to find out why there is no refund...They said the shipping department was backed up, apparently a lot of people want their money back! I was told without a tracking number no money will be refunded... I went to thier website and today it says they are sold out.... I am so frustrated that companies can run without any ethical boundaries. If $164.00 was what they wanted for two bottles of diet pills that should have been the advertisement. A Company without any reprocussions will do what ever it wants. I am out $164.00 . Thanks Leanspa I really had too much time on my hands.

I had the same thing happen.  No where in their terms does it state you HAVE to have a tracking number.  It does say you can to get faster service.  I was also told that without a tracking number they refuse to issue me a refund.
