I ordered this product too, as I felt confident that if I was dissatisfied for any reason, that  i could simply return the unused portion and cancel the monthly shipments and charges.

It was clearly advertised as a FREE trial. What's free about getting the product and being charged for it before I even got to try it?!

I am very angry that I have been decieved, and the phone number given for customer service is a never ending "on hold waiting". No one ever answers!

I am going to continue to try to get my money back, as I didnt even open the product after I discovered the bad business ethics of this company. I immediately cancelled my card, but this has inconvenienced me to no end.

If anyone has discovered a way to get this resolved and gotten thier money back, please post!!
