Lease Finance Group - CIT ripoff, misleading, fraud, ethics violators Chicago Illinois

I am a small business owner who entered into a contract agreement with a company named E-commerce processing (ECP) for advertising, credit card service, check approval system, gift cards and a web page. Embedded in this package was the infamous non-cancelable lease from Lease Finance Group (LFG), which I did sign. This "Lease Agreement" references ECP at the very top of the front page of the contract and is an integral part of the documentation I received when I entered into this relationship with ECP. In fact, at the time I was informed that Lease Finance Group was part of ECP.

From the beginning, ECP was in continuous default of the agreement. There was no web page, no advertising, no check approval system and the gift cards never worked properly. Not to mention the fact that the leased equipment from LFG never worked either. After multiple attempts to rectify the situation, ECP finally acknowledged that they were negligent. I was allowed to end the relationship with ECP and void the contract.

Lease Finance Group didn't see it that way and continues to maintain that I am still liable to them even though they allowed me to return the leased equipment that never worked anyway. After many, many, many unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with every incompetent employee of LFG, they referred my account to a collection agency and damaged my otherwise good credit.

I have a case pending with the BBB, filed a complaint with the FTC, Attorney General, Ripoff.com and disputed my credit report with all three credit agencies. It seems as though all the entries against this company are very similar. At what point does it become grounds for a class action lawsuit? Good luck everyone and don't let these Jackasses win.
