Lease Finance Group is represented by Wholesale Payment Solutions. The sales representative, Jeff Scholz, with Wholesale Payment Solutions blatantly lied about signing my company, Qwik Race Cars, up for a new credit card processing service. He told me that I could cancel the contract at any time with no out of pocket expense. He also deliberately did not leave me a key page of the contract stating the terms for which was included in the service, which stated the terms "$79.99 for 48 months." He never mentioned the $79.99 for 48 months. He never showed me options for a credit card machine. I have the original contract he left me, which does not include these terms. It says nothing about a "Non-Cancelable Lease." Once I received a letter from Lease Finance Group stating what Qwik Race Cars was going to be charged monthly for a machine I didn't even ask for, I immediately tried to cancel the service. At this point I contacted Lease Finance Group to cancel the contract, I was told it was not cancelable, and they faxed me over a copy of the contract which I have never seen. The contract has false information on it, it states that I am the owner of the business when in fact Bob Williams is the owner. I have mailed the credit card machine via UPS to Lease Finance Group. Mr. Scholz knowingly conned me and the business I work for into a contract that is not cancelable. He will not return my phone calls. He lied, mislead, deceived, and misrepresented his product.

Forged Court Order!
AUTHOR: Divine - (Canada)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, August 02, 2007
I think the crooks must have forged a court order to shut down http://monexcanada.blog.com/
How do I know? Because one of the guys who has posted some testimonials on the site is suing the crooks in court, and their case is still going on and as such, what Blogger.com got must be a faked court order.
I am now asking Blogger.com for a copy for further action.
I am posting this message here so that the owner of this website is aware of the scam. The crooks apparently even dare to lied in their affidavits at the court, I am contacting all those involved for evidence for report to the police. Do contact me at divinetalk@gmail.com if you happen to know something Thanks.
