Lease Finance Group Done Bending Over Chicago, Illinois

I have only had my credit card terminal from LFG for 3 weeks. When I realized I was being ripped off I called to cancel my contract. I was told there was no way to cancel, I would have to pay off the 48 month contract to the tune of $2488. The salesman from Eliot Management admitted that he did not explain the terms to me and that I essentially was stuck. So...after I pay off the terminal it belongs to me and I can use another credit card processing company right? Nope I then found out that the terminal they gave me could only be used through Eliot Management so they have me dead to rights after 3 weeks. Violated isn't even the word to describe how I feel. As a small business owner you do everything you can to make it in this economy and then to be screwed over by LFG and Eliot Management is ridiculous. I've read comments about a class action law suit and something needs to be done against these companies. They count on you not knowing what questions to ask and not having attorneys in your back pocket. So you can continue to let them bend you over or go into debt trying to fight them. HELP!
