Lease Finance Group synonymous with harrasment Chicago Illinois

My wife and I opened a pizza shop in PA . We accepted credit cards . Unfortunately the old owner gave us "their guy" for credit cards . It turned out it was MSI (merchant Services Inc) and their third party lease group LFG . We did not understand what we had gotten involved in until we went out of business .

Lease Finance group calls me 6-10+ times a day on my cell phone . They refuse to send us a copy of the alleged contract as well as any documentation . We have sent a cease communication letter as well as a request for validation (copys of documents) . They flat out refused .

I have filed several complaints (BBB, FTC , Atty Gen) and nothing has happened so far . I am not sure what to do next . Our company was an LLC so I dont think they are even allowed to come after us personally BUT they are. CIT (their old parent company) informed me that they sold LFG 2 years ago . I dont know if that is true or not.

The BBB has had 525 or so complaints against LFG in the last 36 months . They continue to call and hang up multiple times per day .
