Lease Finance Group A BIG SCAM, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM SIOUX FALLS South Dakota

In 2003, our company signed a contract with a company called Frist American Systems, and they brought the Lease Finance Group company as the middle company for leasing us the equipment. The contract was for 48 months. My husband wasn't told anything about this middle company and that we had to return the equipment to them if we ever cancel our contract with them. The contract was apparently a 48 month contract in which should have been cancled on 1/1/2007.

It has been really confusing. We had returned the merchant to "First American Payment Systems" after we terminated our contract with them and nobody told us that we had to return it to LFG. We had no idea that LFG is charging us monthly until after an accounting audit. We discovered that the fees are still being charged . We called First American Payment Systems and asked them about it and they said that it should be the leasing company. So we asked them to return the merchant to us, so that we can ship it to LFG. We just don't think that it is fair for us to be charged on the monthly basis without even knowing or using the machine.

The First American Payment Systems representative provided the machine and by the termination of the contract the machine was returned to them. We find these charges unfair and a bad business practice. So, we asked LFG respectfully to refund of the charges since the termination of the contract.

Long story short, they not only won't refund the money that was being charged monthly for $45.59, but also asked for another $237 and some change for a buyout option. If we didn't pay that we would still get the monthly charges. We lost $3,282.48 plus the $237. Plus all the time and energy we spent to get through customer service each time and .... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! OR YOU WILL BE NEXT TO WRITE A NASTY REPORT.
