Lease Finance Group Charging me for a terminal machine I have never received Toronto Ontario

Lease finance group signed a contract with me on the 14th of November 2007 and said that I was suppose to receive the terminal machine within 2-3 weeks well I never got it I left the restaurant I owned on the 15 of December 2007 and was to vacate the premises on the 16 of January 2008. I was not allowed in the restaurant on January 16 2008.

This company said I received th terminal on the 16 of January 2008 and that I signed the purolator paper but when I ask the (LFG) company for that paper they keep sending me the contract I signed. They have taken money out of my account and still want more but I refuse to pay for a machine I never received.

They have started to harrase my mother who lives in Vancouver, British Colombia. This has nothing to do with her so why are they bothering her. I have all the contract papers I signed and their dates are not the same I have over 5 different dates but me and my husband have written the same date. So how do I rectify ths matter without it costing me a dime. Please help.
