Followed terms of their contract,notified them within 30 days of leases end by certified mail and still they attempt to debit my account and harrass me and threaten to screw up my credit.

After reading rest of the reports concerning this company,this seems to be the norm.my question is why does the attorney general of ill. allow this,Obviuosly they have an in and are allowed to fly under the radar by the att.gen.
