Victim of LeaseComm Corp I've been Robed

I HAVE BEEN ROBED BY LEASECOMM CORP

My Bank Accounts have have been garnished by a company out of Massachusetts called LeaseComm Corp. I live in Pittsburgh, PA and this is the summary of my story:

A company called HBSolutions came into the Pittsburgh area in August of 1999 and ran a seminar on commercial web sites. I was one of the people who bought the idea, and signed uncancelable lease with LeaseComm, unless you cancell withing 3 business days. After I got home I found that I could not build the site, got upset and fax to them my cancellation, within the 3 days. I thought that was the end.

I did not receive anything from anybody, apart from the papers that I got at the seminar. I never built a web site, I never received any credit card machine, and I never carried out any transaction with their machine or on their web site. I have never had a commercial web site and I have never sold anything with their machine, I never got it.

In the last two years somebody would call me, very rude, I may add, and I would tell him or her the same thing, I cancelled the deal, I never had a web site, I never had a credit card machine. Recently a local lawyer started calling me and leaving messages on my voice mail, about LeaseComm. I did not return his calls, because I do not have anything to talk to him about.

Last Thursday, October 11, 2001 I received some bounced checks notification from my bank. Believing that I there are no reason for my checks to bounce, I went to my bank. I found out that a local lawyer by the name, Rodger Cunningham had frozen my checking and savings account on behalf of LeaseComm. They say that I owe them $3,800.

Checking at the Allegheny county prothonotary office, I found out that LeaseComm has filed over 100 cases against various people for various reasons in the county in the last few years.

I found your address on a website, I am also going to contact one of the lawyers mentioned on the web. Meanwhile I have file a compliant with the Massachusetts and Pennsylvania Offices of Attorney General. But I want and need my account unfrozen and I want it immediately, right now I have checks bouncing all over town. My Bank did not tell me that my account was getting frozen, I was not served anything by the sheriff's office, no one gave me any warning.

I am writing to you, hoping to get some tips on what to do to get a lawyer, to get my money back and have LeaseComm stop harassing me and other people. I have also tried to contact other people around here to see if we can start some form of group action.
