LED Outfitters Paid For Light never was sent. Contacted fraud dept Great Neck, New York

This company is a joke.  Iam not going to post evrey detail bec its the same as evreyone elses.  Ordered on the 18th of march and was given a load of s**t.  Placed and order on a friday and got and email on tracking on tuesday.  Evrey time i called to why it was not shipped yet they said it will go out today.  Almost 2 weeks later i have no light and never could actuallly talk to someone who gave a s**t about my order.  Was offerd and upgrade and to ship that day it never did.  Then when i asked the next day they will give me a refund they said yes and hung up.  I know i wount get it by how rude they were.  I called my bank and you will be getting a call and i will get my money back.  You guys must be low life pieces of **it to treat people this way.  By the amount of comments about you i know iam not the only one.  Your day will come when someone like me needs ther light and misses and emergency call and were to late.  Think about what service personel you affect with your bulls**t.  And dont bother to responed with you copy and paste bull**it i see on evreyone elses.
