LED OUTFITTERS Customer service They refuse to talk to me after ripping me off. They don,t like what you have to say so they hang up on you Unknown Internet

I ordered a light bar from led outfitters and they sent me the wrong light bar. I called therm and they said to return it, so I did. I have called them several times and e- mail them several times to see if they have sent the right light bar but they tell me that there going to have someone else contact me but they never do. Every time i call them now the person that answers the phone gets smart with me and when I get upset with him he just hangs up on me. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of items from them and until now I have never had a problem with them.  The person that I keep trying to talk to does not need to be in that job. If he can,t fix there mistake then he needs to let someone that can talk to the customers. I just want my money back or the light bar I ordered. I,m going to spread this dislike for this company around, I am a police officer and I,be got many friend that we not order from them anymore.
