LED OUTFITTERS SELLS DEFECTIVE JUNK! Internet

Purchased a magnetic mount mini-light bar for a van. Same was mounted using the magnets that were attached to the light. On maiden voyage, travelling at 60 MPH, with no other vehicles anywhere near, the bar dislodged from vehicle and smashed onto roadway. Bar was returned. "Mike" advised that the magnet mount is not supposed to be used on moving vehicles. Wanted $285.00 to repair the light, which I only paid just over $300.00 for! There is NO literature shipped or packed with the products - "Mike" claims the magnet disclaimer is "somewhere on the website".



This company is absolutely the worst! The only person you can speak with is "Mike". I believe he is the owner. Probably the most arrogant, nastiest and uncooperative "customer service representative" I have ever dealt with.  I would not recommend them or their products to anyone EXCEPT the Better Business Bureau, NY State Consumer Affairs and the District Attorneys Fraud Unit - which I have done.
