These guys are complete crooks, they put in a used transfer case in my car and told me it was new. Of course I did not find this out until after 14,000 miles when the part failed. It cost me over 1500.00 to install the part so to rip someone off like this to save a few bucks on the part is unbelievable! When I asked for the info on where they got the part they refused to give it to me. I just wanted a reciept from Jaquar so I could get a new part from them. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and said "the warranty was up and the receipt they gave me was all I was going to get" The reciept had no info about the part or where it came from, now I know why. Do not deal with these people..they are thieves.

I was informed the Transfer case was new? That is laughable. Anyone can look up the price of a used transfer case and see they are about 800.00. This thief just admitted that he charged me 2400 for a used one! They are around 2400 from the dealer brand new! Which is what they told me they were putting in. All i wanted when it failed was a reciept from the dealership and they refused to give it to me. That is how they were busted. Now they have made a blatant lie that anyone can check. call the dealership or look up used Transfer cases for yourself. Yes the owner just buried himsel on this one. This is what hapopens when you lie and rip people off. I'm glad everyone in the world can see what a rip off these crooks are.

This Customer was informed the transfer case that was installed in the vehicle was reconditioned or rebuilt and
NOT new. The Transfer case performed perfectly until a year AFTER the warranty expired while this customer was trying to remove his vehicle from his driveway AFTER a major snow storm. This is what caused the transfer case to fail, by rocking the car back and forth in the snow at a high RPM. This kind of abuse would destroy any transfer case. The Repair was Done the right way, It was the customers abuse that destroyed his cars transfer case.  The repair was completed on the 4th of March 2011. Remeber, this is AFTER the customer put 14000 miles (his own words) on the car after the repair was completed.

The Warranty supplied with this repair was 1 year, 12,000 miles nationwide. For the record a  transfer case from the dealer would have cost this customer $3382.20 from the dealer, with the same warranty.
