I recieved multiple calls from Legal Support Services. The man said his name was Kevin Burgess. He stated I had a case file in his office that needed immediate attention from me or my lawyer. I called him back and was told I had two felony charges against me and I was going to spend 160 days in jail. They had multiple last names and social security numbers for me....I asked him where he was located and he told me it didn't matter, and that I needed to respond or go to jail. I have never had a pay day loan, and this is a scam people do in order to scare you and make you think you owe money. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY! Ask them to send you this so-called felony charge to you in the form of a certified letter or by a constable. They will instantly hang up on you.

I also received a call today from Kevin Bergis at Legal Support Services threatening to take me to court and saying I owed money to a creditor. I asked which one and he wouldn't say, he kept insisting I needed to pay a certain amount and send the funds to him. I asked for this information to be sent to me in writing and he hung up. Very nasty individual.
