LegalMatch Made numerous false promises to get my law firm to sign with their service. San Francisco California

I’m an attorney in the East Texas area.  LegalMatch’s team contacted me and gave me a great display about how they vet potential clients and made sure that they only refer people who are actively seeking and ready to hire an attorney.  They even guaranteed that if enough paying clients didn’t sign on that they would refund what was paid.

Well after a month to two months I noticed that all the people calling were looking for pro bono attorneys or had no money.  LegalMatch didn’t provide any of what they promised before I signed one.  I told them to cancel the service.

Instead of cancelling they sued my firm somewhere in California and quickly obtained a judgment for 3 years’ worth of their subscription when I only used it for two months.  It was a total scam.  Please avoid.
