I became an independent sales associate with LegalShield 2 times on 2 separate occasions. Both times the sales associate who recruited me did not properly train me, did not teach or show me any sales techniques and did not give, show, or tell me at least the basics of the business to properly sell and make money correctly with the company. Both times I was recruited and became a independent sales associate with the company, the sales associate who recruited me did not have space or time to train me, did not want to work with me or train me, and quit left the company or moved out of town all of a suddenly. I later found out that she quickly moved back to town or never left and did not contact me or was unavailable when I tried to contact her for help with my new position.
Secondly the product services are not given or available as advertised or explained. I am a customer of legalShield using the legalshield legal plan and identity theft plan. I've call the law firm several times Wienstock and Freidman in Baltimore Maryland, the first time I tried to use the service for a business contract to be looked over, that is one of the legal plan services advertised with the membership, contracts and documents reviewed. The attorney was rude to me and offensive with her attitude, and almost reluctant to assist me with explaining the contract and details to me and giving me advice. The second time I tried to use the service for a bill I received that was in error. I contacted a attorney from the office and he promised to get it resolved. He said he made an unsuccessful attempt the same day I explained the problem to him, but he would be able to correct or fix it with more time. He never fixed it or gave me a reason or explanation why he was unable to correct it. He never contacted me back.

Hello to whomever is reading this,
The person who filed this complaint was brought in and offered to get into a business that offers residual income the rest of your life. He was brought to a meeting and I barely said anything to him as far as coming into the business. The meetings are run by others who have been very successful and he was told then where the meetings were, phone numbers to get ahold of EVERYONE in his upline, and I talked to him about after he signed up I wanted to get with him to train him in the business.
Now as far as me moving I was in a abusive relationship and I had my teeth knocked out and had to have facial reconstructive surgery. I do not have to stay in danger for anyone my life means more to me then holding someones hand and mothering them in a business after several attempts to get ahold of him for training was canceled or he just never showed up or never would answer my calls and I have made several attempts to contact him and he never has returned any calls also there are several people in the company that still live in Baltimore and would love to mentor him all he needs to do is ask for help and follow through with meeting with them for training.
As far as how the lawyers treated him I know nothing of this but I wonder did he contact the customer service about this because if anyone ever has a problem they will get them another attorney. Now then instead of smearing my reputation maybe he should be an adult and talk to me directly and giving me a chance to help him before he ruins my life!
so in close why did this man feel the need to smear me and the company of Legal Shield but yet he is still making money off this company and running advertisements to Sale Legalshield memberships if it was so bad why represent a company you think you were so mistreated by? https://www.facebook.com/LegalShieldLegalservices/
