Leslie's Pool Supplies Raynor Covering Systems acting as their subcontractor for my custom pool cover I contracted to have a custom pool cover made, what I got was oversized , sloppy cover that has no tensio Allentown, Pennsylvania

I ordered and paid for a custom pool cover on 8/20/10 , Raynor pool covers was the contractor who came out and measured my pool incorrectly. The cover came Oct 2010. I installed the cover only to find the cover was over sized . The bungee tie downs they supplied didn't work properly. I bought new OEM bungee chords to anchor but it still is sagging and over sized to the point when the wind kicks up the cover opens. I tried to get this dispute resolved with Leslie's but they refused to come out and look at my complaint stating insurance reasons. I called Raynor  Covering Systems in S. Elgin IL only to have them hang up on me. I got ripped off for $1867.94 and Leslie's are pointing  the finger at Raynor and therefore they are not responsible they were the agents only for Raynor.

My advice to anyone who needs pool supplies is to stay far away from Leslie's and Raynor.
