They tried to bill my credit card several times for over $400.00 and my credit card company called me and provided the phone number for the company because the company made sure it did NOT include a shipping order or receipt with the initial product so that you would not be able to send the product back or call them. After being on hold for over 25 minutes an Asian woman answers and she got irate because I told her that I would NOT accept anything less than a full refund so she decided to just hang up on me! The nerve! I immediately called back, was on hold AGAIN for over 25 minutes and repeated my story AGAIN and told that I would be given a refund and all future orders cancelled. I will have to wait several days to verify. They are a total rip off. Soo much time and effort wasted.

I requested samples of wrinkle cream and eye lotion from a Facebookad ad being aware of scams liike these. I did not see anywhere in the ad that was posted that I agreed to future shipmennts and fees of approx. $89 and $95/month. My credit card bill posted these fees that I just put into dispute. Today I talked with the scamming outfit who offered me endless discounts, not wanting to cancel so-called subscription and outrageous fees. i hope I succeeded in achieving cancellation of products and fees.
The cream does not work and leaves my face looking white and chalky. The eye lotion is like any other product available at a fraction of the cost.
