liberty bell moving group over charged denver colorado

I had to move from Massachusettes to North Carolina and I decided to go with Liberty Bell Moving Group! IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE! I spoke on the phone with Caitlin Dunn, and she gave me a very attractive quote for $3,000 everything included with no additional charges. On the day that the movers showed up, They were using vendor our of New Jersey G and M Moving! The movers did a walk through the house and looked at all the stuff, they then told me that they were unable to do the job for $3,000 that they would only do it for $6,000 or they would not do it at all. Right away i was trying to get in contact with Liberty Bell Moving Group. I had made over 100 calls with 100 voicemails and got no response. We had already sold the house and had to leave on that day! I had no choice but to pay them the amount that they were asking for. They filled up 3/4 of the truck and i still had alot of stuff left in the house, they told me that if i wanted them to load the rest of the stuff it would cost me an extra $500. my horrible experience with this company did not end at this point. They called me the day before arrival and told me that they will be at my new house between 8 am and 12 pm. Unfortunately nobody showed up in the time frame that was given.

I recieved no phone calls stating that they might be late. I was trying to reach the G and M company for over 2 hours! When they finally called me back, they informed me that the truck was going to be at my house around 7-8 pm. When the truck showed up here, thats when it started to get very interesting. The truck showed up with no movers, just the driver. Again I called the G and M Company and they said that help was on the way. They also said that I had to pay an additional $300 for I dont know what. Some type of shuttle service, which we didnt even sign up for. In the end, me and my family ended up unloading the 24 foot truck until 4 am. No helpers showed up. No phone calls from Liberty Bell Moving nor the G and M moving company with at least an explanation or an apology for such poor service.

I STRONGLY URGE PEOPLE TO USE THIS MOVING COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE SAME HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS ME AND MY FAMILY!

THIS COMPANY DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!
