Liberty Credit Law scammed me out of money to pay a debt River Edge NJ

In December, 2013, I was contacted by a person stating papers were to be served against me unless I contact a phone number they mentioned within 2 hours. I contacted this number which I was told belonged to Liberty Credit Law of New Jersey regarding an old debt.  The person I talked to was a Francesca White and I unwittingly set up payment arrangements without first demanding written proof they were who they said they were.  I was told that once the debt was paid off, I would receive a release letter by email.

I made 3 payments which went against my checking account with the 4th and last one coming at the end March, 2014.  According to my bank statements, the payments were going to a collection agency named Luchey & Associates.  Suddenly, I received another phone call from another law company located in California for the same debt and for a higher amount outstanding.  I demanded prooof they were who they said they were and received same by email.

I then attempted to contact both Liberty Credit Law and Luchey Associates and the numbers provided to me to both were either out of service or being used by another company.  One company even told me they had been receiving calls for Liberty Credit Law since they received the number from the phone company, so I am not the only one looking for them.  Now knowing I had been victimized by a scam, I notified my bank to stop payment on any future payment requests for any amount from either to Luchey & Associates or Liberty Credit Law.  

If anyone out there brings a class action lawsuit against either Luchey & Associates or Liberty Credit Law, provided you could find either one of them, I am definitely interested in joining it.
