I bought a chipper for $2200.00 from Liberty Chippers. I was told that the chipper I bought would work with tractor horsepower. Found out several months after receiving chipper I called them because I didn't thing my tractor wasn't big enough. They said it wouldn't work and sold it to someone in New Jersey .It was picked the Tuesday after Thankgiving of 2015. I have been trying in vain to receive my refund or get them on the phone.
