Liberty Implements aka Liberty Backhoes Took over fourthousand dollars and never recieved product a backhoe for a compact john deere tractor Mesa Arizona

A neighbor had told me abouut Liberty Implements saying they sold backhoes at a considerable savings. I asked how they could sell they backhoes at a discounted price and he said because they ship directly from the factory and have a low over head. I thought about it and in a few days I placed a order for a six foot backhoe.    The backhoe  never arrived the mannager said there was a mix up he was sorry and he would send me the more expensive seven foot back h*e at no addtional expense. It never came and I never was not able to reach the manager after numerous tries.
