Liberty Online Services ripoff fraudulent billing of services ripoff business from hell Miami Florida

i got my phone bill and to my surprise was billed $29.95 for two months for online services.i had no idea what this was for. when i called the company i was told i ordered this online service. i remembered being called by someone stating that my business would be posted "AT NO CHARGE" a "FREE" web posting on their site as part of my phone service.

when i called about the bill they said i ok'ed the charge after 30 day trial----this was never mentioned on the phone.they then played a tape for me which did not even sound like me nor included any billing info.i told them i never got anything but a bill and i refused to pay it!!!!!

once i found this report, while trying to no avail to check out "MY WEBPAGE" they said i received, i called them again and told them of this report they suddenly changed their tune.i also told them i would call the attorney general and they instantly said they will credit my phone bill like i insisted.
DO NOT LET PEOPLE GET OVER ON YOU!!!! STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS!!
