Lifereader Overcharged for their services, they adjust time in your personal history chat... had my timer on and was twice overcharged for about 30%. 

Looked at my time sheet on my Reading History page, checked and wrote down the time that was clearly displayed, complained to Lifereader and the time in my personal History page has been adjusted by the Support to a more believable one. Lifereader is not only overcharging, but taking the full right to falsify and adjust your personal information to whatever suits them best anytime they want.

Overcharged for their services for about 30%. Personal information like the length of your chats, for those they take the right to adjust as they please in order to prove you wrong. If you find yourself in the same situation I advise you to take a a creen shot of your time in your History first and send it to them together with your complaint.
