Jason @ the 82nd st gym forged my signature on a contract. My account has been charged since January. I went in for a 7 day free trial and never went back due to schedule. When I first went in I had the 7 day coupon and a sales associate asked flor 2 forms of ID & phone #, he made a copy of my dedit card and drivers licence. I have been trying to get charges reversed and their office will not even consider working with me. I will join any class action suite aganist Lifestyle
